Welcome to The Log.

This is where I’ll write about the things I spend my days (and too many nights) on: AI engineering and multi-agent systems, legal tech and the long project of modernizing a 45-year-old court reporting firm, the pixel art that powers this site, and occasionally Sushi, who supervises all of it — with Obiwan watching from the windowsill of memory.

What to expect

  • Build notes from the things I’m building — what works, what got deleted
  • Field reports from legal tech: real-time transcription, digital delivery, the unglamorous plumbing
  • Web dev write-ups, including how this site is built (Astro, Canvas2D, hand-placed rectangles)
  • The occasional coaster ranking, because balance matters
