Oct 2020 — present- Lead technology for seven affiliated legal and reporting entities across the firm's Tampa Bay offices — setting the modernization roadmap for a court-reporting firm founded in 1981 and owning the in-house software behind it.
- Build the firm's in-house automation for deposition intake and delivery, and integrate AI into reporting workflows. The firm runs DepoAudio, an on-device court-audio tool built independently under DepoStack, as standard workflow.
- Run the network and cloud backbone across every site — UniFi networking, VPN, servers and backup/
recovery, Microsoft 365, Dialpad, and Dropbox. - Leading the 2026 consolidation of the firm's brands onto a single Microsoft 365 tenant, absorbing an acquired office's systems and infrastructure.
- Own security and compliance for the litigation record: maintain PCI DSS across entity payment systems, drive SOC 2 and HIPAA readiness, and keep sensitive transcripts and case audio on controlled, on-device pipelines.
