Leading technology across a Florida court reporting firm founded in 1981 — transcript security, digital delivery, client platforms, statewide infrastructure. Founded by Diane Emery; Alexandra Emery has driven its growth since 2007. The work: modernize those systems without discarding 45 years of institutional knowledge.

DepoAudio

Court recordings shouldn't be held hostage by proprietary formats. A desktop app that converts supported SGMCA, BWF, and standard media to standard audio entirely on your machine; FTR/TRM handling remains experimental because variants differ.

A free browser prompt builder and library for litigation, built on the CITE method. Templates require source references suited to the record and instruct the model to flag unsupported claims; outputs still need professional review. A separate Workbench is planned.

The standard behind the software

  1. On-device by default

    Sensitive records stay on the professional’s machine unless there is a clear reason they should not.

  2. Vendor-neutral

    Tools should outlast a single model, platform, or proprietary format.

  3. Human-accountable

    Technology supports the people responsible for the record; it does not replace their judgment.

Community build

Purrfect Match

A free, open-source WordPress plugin built for CJ Paws that turns a rescue’s public Petfinder listings into a branded page with filters, pet stories, and useful fallback states. It is a community build, not another DepoStack product.
